Breath-work

.WHAT IS BREATH-WORK ?.

​

​There are various methods of breath-work but they all boil down to what is called pranayama, a yogic practice from India .

Prana : life force energy. Yama: control.​

​

.CONSCIOUS CONNECTED BREATH.

​

During this circular breathing pattern we activate our sympathetic nervous system (“fight-or-flight” response) which floods our entire body with oxygen.

.BENEFITS.​

​

  • In this state the horizon of our consciousness expands, everything seems possible, a sense of self-empowerment and boundlessness state arise.

 

  • We also access the opportunity to safely release dormant intense emotions and traumas sleeping in our body and inner basement, the unconscious mind.​​​​

.CONTRAINDICATIONS.

​

​It can be not recommended during : Pregnancy / certain major mental & physical health conditions / recent injury or surgery / history of panic attacks and epilepsy.
