They are at the root of all our thoughts, emotions and behaviors. Just like different musical notes in a symphony, these brainwaves can cohere in harmony or disharmony. It is therefore important to understand how their function, in order to create the best optimal state depending on the tasks you need to accomplish throughout your day.

Each week we explore a different brain-waves through :

Breath-work -movement /visualization conscious hypnosis /sound therapy with Gongs / brain-waves tuning forks .

UNFOLDING

• 45 min of INFINITY BREATH - Paloma will safely guide you into active circular breathing patterns, infused with a blend of ambient / techno / electronic music.In this state you might access full emotional release, outburst of creativity, limitlessness and more.Remember that you are the one deciding how far you can go and in control at all time.This will prepare you for the second part of the sceance.

• 30 min of HYPNOTIC SOUND - We close the practice by a soothing live sound meditation to integrate the breath-work practice with Harp Gong / tubalophone / rain tower / tuning forks / tibetan bowls ...

In this state we reboot our body and brain software back into harmony, restoration, health & creativity.
