    Each session begins with a brief consultation to set intentions, followed by the practice, plus a time to come back and share. Sessions are tailored to individual needs.
  • Are these services safe?
    Yes, all services are designed to support your well-being. Please let me know of any concerns or medical (physical/mental) specific conditions beforehand.
  • What are the contraindications ?
    While theses practices are generally safe and I think could benefits everyone, certain conditions may require extra care or consultation with a healthcare provider. Please avoid or consult before participating if you have: Pregnancy (Specially first semester) : Some practices may cause overstimulation or strain. History of Seizures: Activities that induce altered states (e.g., hypnosis, breathwork) may trigger episodes. Serious Physical Health Conditions: Such as cardiovascular issues, chronic illnesses, or conditions that might be aggravated by relaxation techniques or energetic shifts. Serious Mental Health Conditions: Including schizophrenia, psychosis, or other severe disorders that may require specialized care. Recent Fractures or Healing Wounds: Physical discomfort or strain from lying down or certain postures could impede recovery. Severe Respiratory Issues: For breathwork, ensure your lungs and breathing pathways are in stable condition. High Sensitivity to Sound or Vibrations: Sound therapy might not be suitable for individuals with tinnitus or extreme sensitivity to auditory stimuli.
  • How should I prepare?
    Wear comfortable clothing, avoid heavy meals 2 hours before, and hydrate. Bring an open mind plus a journal and pen to reflect on your insights. For Kobido massage, please do not wear any make-up
  • Can I combine multiple services?
    Absolutely! We can design a personalized session incorporating elements of two main practices. I like to offer sound therapy into all practices for integration. A bio-feedback device (brain-waves,heart beat,breathing pattern) can also be integrated on requests
  • What is conscious connected breathwork?
    A breathing technique that involves deep, continuous breaths for emotional & tension release but also access altered states of consciousness.
  • What does a session involve?
    A guided breathing practice, including 3 to 4 breath-holds break in between cycles accompanied by music, voice and instruments. Laying down/seated or both Body movement welcome As an option : essential oils/sage/palo santo , caring touch The breath-work ends with an integration time of 20 min with sound relaxation and some silence We close the practice by a sharing time
  • Is conscious connected breathwork safe?
    It’s generally safe but may not be suitable for those with certain health conditions (e.g., respiratory issues). Please check general FAQ for more infos and inform me of any medical concerns.
  • How will I feel afterward?
    Many people feel lighter, calmer,very relaxed and more energized. Some experience emotional catharsis or insights.
  • What is hypnosis?
    A natural, relaxed state where your subconscious mind is more open to positive suggestions and exploration.
  • Will I lose control during hypnosis?
    No, you remain aware and in control. You can end the session at any time. I am not controlling your mind, I am helping you to take control of your own mind. Hypnosis is empowerment.
  • Can everyone be hypnotized?
    Fundamentally yes, as long as they are willing to and able to relax their conscious mind.
  • Does it work if I can't visualize ?
    Absolutely ! Everyone is different and all other senses are included in the hypnosis session : Visual Auditory Kinesthetic (emotions,touch,bodily sensations) Olfactory Gustatory

    It depends on your goals. Some issues may require multiple sessions ( 3 minimum is recommended ) for deeper work.

    It can be, as it involves confronting unresolved emotions. Sessions are conducted with care and support.

  • Do I need prior experience with therapy?
    No, but being open to introspection is important.

  • Do I need to do anything during a session?
    Just lie down, relax, and allow the sounds/vibrations to do their work on all levels

  • What is sound therapy and how does it work ?
    A practice using sound frequencies from instruments like gongs and tuning forks to promote relaxation and healing. The vibrations interact with your body, calming your nervous system and creating a meditative state.
